Precautions for use of guide rail lifting platform

1. The guide rail lifting platform must be applied and maintained by a special person, and must be certified to work.

2. It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the rail-type lifting platform.

3. The machine room of the lifting platform must not be damp, and it is forbidden to pile up sundries and flammable and explosive items.

4. It is strictly forbidden to overload the lifting platform. The goods transported should be placed in a balanced manner, not too eccentric and close to the fence gate, and corresponding measures should be taken to prevent the goods from sliding during the operation of the lifting platform.

5. Before the operation of the lifting platform, it is necessary to ensure that the gates of the fence and the doors of each floor are closed.

6. It is strictly forbidden to use the lifting platform to transport super-long objects and flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods.

7. During the use of the guide rail lifting platform, if abnormal sounds or bad phenomena are found, stop using it immediately, and notify the maintenance personnel to repair, find out the cause and eliminate the fault before continuing to use it, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with faults.

8. When the lifting platform is running, it is strictly forbidden for people and animals to enter the hoistway (under the lifting platform table).

9. After the lifting platform is disabled, the lifting platform must be parked on the first floor and the power supply must be disconnected.

10. Except for professional maintenance personnel, it is strictly forbidden for others to illegally modify and repair the lifting platform.

11. During the maintenance process of the rail-type lifting platform, if the doors of each floor must be opened manually, the location of the lifting platform should be observed to prevent falling into the hoistway.

12. The guide rail lifting platform shall not change the running direction arbitrarily during use, and shall not start and stop suddenly.

13. It is strictly forbidden to use the emergency stop button as a stop button. The emergency stop button is a protective measure in case of an emergency.
